These Terms apply to Swiss Luxury Limousine LLC.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by Swiss Luxury Limousine LLC (“SLL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) whether booked through our website, mobile application, customer support center, or any other authorized platform.

By using or booking any service with SLL, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Swiss Luxury Limousine LLC offers professional chauffeur services in the UAE, including but not limited to:

  • Point-to-point transfers
  • Airport pickups and drop-offs
  • Hourly bookings
  • Corporate and event transportation
  • Subscription-based travel plans (weekly or monthly)

2. Platform Usage – Website & App

  • By using our website or mobile application, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent use.
  • All transactions made through the app or website are processed securely, and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our app, website, phone, or email.
  • A reservation is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from SLL.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details (time, location, passenger count) are accurate.
  • For app/web bookings, you will receive real-time status updates and vehicle tracking (where available).

4. Rates and Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment may be required upon booking via the app or website.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or invoiced billing for authorized corporate accounts.
  • Dynamic pricing may apply during peak periods, holidays, or high demand.

5. Subscription Services

SLL offers weekly and monthly subscription plans for frequent travelers or corporate clients.

  • Each plan includes a specified number of rides or service hours per week/month.
  • Plans automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Unused rides or hours do not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated.
  • Excess usage beyond the subscribed quota is billed at the prevailing rate.
  • You may cancel your subscription via the app or website with at least 48 hours' notice before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
  • No partial refunds are offered once a billing cycle has started.

6. Waiting Time and Delays

  • Airport pickups include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from actual landing.
  • Standard pickups include 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.
  • Additional waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the prevailing rate.
  • If you are uncontactable or absent 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a no-show, with no refund.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

B. Cancellation by Swiss Luxury Limousine:

  • If we cancel due to unavailability, operational issues, or force majeure, a full refund or alternate arrangement will be provided.

8. Passenger Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles; a AED 500 cleaning fee may apply.
  • Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with all UAE traffic regulations.
  • Drivers may terminate service if passengers display threatening, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior.
  • Seat belt use is mandatory for all passengers.

9. Vehicle Conditions and Substitutions

  • While we strive to deliver your preferred vehicle model, we reserve the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles due to availability or operational requirements.
  • All vehicles are cleaned and maintained to luxury standards.

10. Lost or Left-Behind Items

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings.
  • SLL is not liable for items left behind in vehicles, though we will assist in locating and returning lost items where possible.

11. Liability and Insurance

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, or events beyond our control.
  • All vehicles are insured per UAE law. Our insurance covers passengers for travel-related incidents within legal limits.

12. Force Majeure

SLL shall not be held liable for service delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, or severe weather conditions.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Your data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy (effective 1 May 2025).
  • We do not sell or misuse your personal data. It is shared only with necessary third parties for service delivery (e.g., drivers).
  • You may request to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting info@swissll.ae.

14. Cookies and Website Use

  • Our website uses cookies to optimize user experience and track analytics.
  • By using our platform, you consent to cookie usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

15. Complaints and Customer Support

Swiss Luxury Limousine LLC is committed to providing exceptional service. If you have any complaints, feedback, or concerns about your booking, driver, vehicle, or experience:

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days, and to provide a full response or resolution within 7 business days.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website and app. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
